hello world!

Client Call Form #2

Client Call Form - Sales

I. INTRO: ASK PERMISSION, CLARIFY SCOPE + GET THE CLIENT TO TALK

  1. Hi, it’s NAME calling from Essia Law. We received your enquiry on Bark. Is now a good time to chat?

  1. Perfect, I’ll just let you know that this call is recorded for quality and training, and the purpose of the call is for you to give me a brief idea of what you are looking for so I can advise you if you're the type of client we can take on and what the next steps are ok?

  1. Ok great, so I saw you were interested in [x] is that right? Do you mind sharing a brief summary of what you are looking for help with?

II. WHERE ARE THEY AT IN THE PROCESS:

Thank you for giving me this- where are you at right now in the process?

(IE: pick and choose:

  1. Ever spoken to a lawyer before? Have you seen a lawyer or gotten any legal advice about this previously?
  2. What made you submit your enquiry now? Ok so it sounds like this is something that’s been playing on your mind for some time right, and you’re looking to sort out now?
  3. What is your objective from the call today – seeking general information, comparing quotes with different firms, trying to learn more about us?
  4. What is the outcome you are seeking in this and why is it important to you ?
  5. Is this something you'd be keen to start with now or need to speak to someone first/get the money together/work out options?

III. ESSIA LAW THE SOLUTION

Why they need a lawyer now to achieve their objectives (what are the risks of not doing so???)

Why Essia Law?

  1. Essia is not for everyone- we do things a little different. Let me find out if you are someone that fits our profile
  2. Quality is a non- negotiable - I would assign you to one of our senior lawyers very senior very direct- I am sure you will love her
  3. We give you upfront fees- some people don't like as it can be a shock - at least you know - why is this good? When someone can charge you by the incentive to do things quick disappears- to give you a brief history - founder of essia came from her experience as a client and not wanting to do this to others
  4. We give you options - some people just want to be told

How does this sound? Do you have any questions about us or how traditional law firms work?

IV. NEXT STEPS

Either they:

  1. Know what they want --> give them prices (price list: https://essialaw.sharepoint.com/:x:/r/sites/EssiaLawTeam/_layouts/15/Doc.aspx?sourcedoc=%7BA53966AE-E470-4A16-95B5-5E8FB794E3E3%7D&file=Price%20List%20-%20updated%20services%20-%20Jan%202023.xlsx&wdOrigin=OFFICECOM-WEB.MAIN.SEARCH&ct=1690777485170&action=default&mobileredirect=true )
  2. They just have a specific question - ask a lawyer on the website (TBD: $129 simple, $210 complex (2 types of law))
  3. They need some advice on a specific question / best way forward --> appointment 30 mins $99 or 1 hour $199 comes off the total service - can quote some prices from price list to give an idea (free appts in rare cases)

Ask them to pay over the phone - go to calendly or generate quote in Hubspot - can send as text or email

FOR YOU NEXT STEPS

  1. Book in the appt - calendly / outlook
  2. Share notes with Legal team by booking intermal meeting at same time or asking Cass too - important it has the phone number for zoom calls in case of no show
  3. Book in a follow up for yourself either to ensure they pay or to book time with them to discuss cost agreement after first appt
  4. update hubspot - deal stage, notes
